CO-ED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a Development Program for those athletes needing to learn ALL skills, perfect skills, improve skills & start understanding controlled situations on the court. All athletes just starting out in the game need to start with this program. This is also a great program to keep your skills sharp or find your rhythm with skills skill training & start implementing their skills into game situations. These athletes will will be working on the all of the following skills (passing, setting, serving & hitting, defense & blocking) at ALL LEVELS for this program. All beginners must start with this Skills Development Programs offered on Saturday mornings & Monday nights because skills are implemented into play situations gradually to build self confidence & confidence in the sport of volleyball. This program does involve play & INTRODUCTION to Team & knowledge of the game & position knowledge. Next step after this, is League Play when ready.

(Volleyball training for younger athletes)
Brand New program for ‘HOT Little Spikers’ grades Pre -K through 2nd & ‘HOT Spikers’ Grades 3rd through 5th. This program focuses on Developing Skills for young athletes by breaking down the mechanics of each skill and helping athletes understand volleyball movements and concepts at a young age. It is FUN, exciting & full of learning. The best thing is that they are learning the correct & efficient way of playing volleyball. There is no babysitting at HOT Volleyball NYC. We teach concepts, understanding the game, skills, how to be on a team, teamwork
