Summer Camp 2022
WHAT TO EXPECT
HOT Volleyball Summer programs focus and specialize in building athletes’ overall volleyball skills: strengthening their confidence and improving weaknesses. HOT Summer Camps are structured for athletes to further their volleyball skills over the course of a 1 week volleyball intensive camp. The camps focus on isolating and improving an athlete’s athleticism and knowledge for the sport through conditioning and training. These off-season training sessions prepare players skill sets and build confidence for the upcoming volleyball season.
Participants will work on:
- Individual Skills (passing, setting, serving, hitting, etc)
- Endurance & Movement Training
- Play Games & Tournaments!
- All camps are co-ed

*There will be no classes on Monday June 20 nor on Monday July 4 due to Federal Holidays. These weeks are prorated.

TIME: 9:00am – 3:30pm Cost: $525
TIME: 9:00am – 12:00pm Cost: $390

Rising 2nd-4th & 5th-8th Grades

Additional Information
- Locations: Loyola (Rising 7th-12th) and St David’s (Rising 2nd-4th and 5th-8th)
- Age Groups: Rising 2nd
- What to Wear/Bring:
- Water bottles – All locations have water fountains nearby to refill your bottles.
- Knee pads – These are necessary. Available for purchase for $25.
- Athletic wear – gym shorts, sweatpants, track pants, t-shirts, etc. No jeans, flannels, button downs, skirts, dresses etc.
- Gym sneakers or volleyball shoes only! No Converses, Air Force 1s, Uggs, heels, boots, etc.
- No jewelry allowed! (necklaces, chains, earrings, bracelets, etc)
- From shoes to shirts, proper attire is IMPORTANT for everybody on the court’s safety! If an athlete arrives dressed inappropriately, coaches may refuse the athlete.
