Then our HOT Summer Camps
are right for you!

HOT Summer Camps are structured to allow the athlete to work on her skill sets and foundation work. These camps focus on improving her strength & conditioning by volleyball specific conditioning. HOT Camps will help her improve her skill sets in volleyball fundamentals of passing, serving, hitting, setting and defense and keep them sharp.

Off-season training is the most valuable time for an athlete to improve, so it is important to take advantage of this Camp in order to stay conditioned, improve and be ready for the upcoming season. You should be better than your last season and this camp helps you jump to the next level…..ready for anything. All camps will teach the basic volleyball fundamentals of passing, setting, attacking, and serving, combined with volleyball specific conditioning and game play. HOT Camps prepare you for game-like situations and game play will be a part of camp training as well. We focus on evaluating your daughter’s skill sets, working on her weaknesses-by turning them into a part of her strengths and reaching the next level of playing volleyball. All of the individualized work we do with her will not only make her a better skilled volleyball player, but a young woman of confidence and self respect.

Summer Volleyball Camps

June Summer Camps consist of 1 Week of sessions where the athlete can work on their skill sets & foundation work. This camp focuses on improving their strength & conditioning by volleyball specific conditioning. Tryout Prep Camp is a unique Summer Camp from HOT that specializes in getting you ready for the start of tryouts. This camp is for all athletes that are rising 8th to 12th Graders and is at the end of the summer right before team tryouts in order to help the athlete get back her volleyball rhythm. HOT offers this camp at the end of the summer after all of the vacations are over and the athlete has to get back in shape and ready to try out for her school team no matter what her level. This camp will help the athlete get her edge back in order to have the confidence to have a great tryout – or to just be ready for her preseason workouts. The “Tryout Prep” Camp will sharpen the athlete’s skills and will help them make their team.

Position Camp is unlike any other camp out there.
You should be better than your last season and this camp helps you jump to the next level…..ready for anything. This HOT camp will get your basic volleyball fundamentals of passing, setting, attacking, and serving, combined with volleyball specific conditioning and game play. This HOT Camp will focus on evaluating the athlete’s skill sets, working on her weaknesses- and turning them into a strength allowing her to reach the next level of playing volleyball. This HOT Camp prepares the athlete for game-like situations & will have game play as part of training. All of the individualized work we do with the ahtlete will not only make her a better, more skilled volleyball player, but a young woman of confidence and self respect.

Jump Start Volleyball Camps

“Jump Start” Camp is a unique Summer Camp from HOT that specializes in teaching you about the game of volleyball and what all it involves. We go over all of the skill sets like passing, setting, hitting and serving with individualized attention. We evaluate the athlete and work on her weaknesses to make them stronger. This camp is for all athletes that are rising 4th to 8th Graders and is at the end of the summer right before your school starts in order to help the athlete get her volleyball rhythm back or to learn to create a rhythm and love for the sport.

HOT “Jump Start” Camp is unlike any other camp out there. This camp helps you jump to the next level and be ready for anything.You will get your basic volleyball fundamentals of passing, setting, attacking, and serving, combined with volleyball specific conditioning and game play. This HOT Camp prepares the athlete for game-like situations & will have game play as part of training.

All of the individualized work we do with her will not only make her a better skilled volleyball player, but a young woman of confidence and self respect.
